Need help with Copyright Infringment Issue

One of my products have been reported for infringement and it does look like that i am in the wrong here given the image i used for the product. It was an honest mistake and i had no intention of it. Can some one guide me how to go about this? I have already removed the image and the data that is matching with the original product, but is there anything do i need to do?
