Shipping from EU to Amazon UK FBA Warehouse
Are there any EU-based sellers selling in the UK here? Have you succeeded in sending stock from EU to the UK in 2021? If so, have you sent directly from EU to Amazon UK Warehouse, or have you sent to an intermediary in the UK (like a freight forwarder) and they forwarded the inventory to Amazon? Same here, we are Czech company shipping to UK FBA. None of our couriers provided exact information we could act on. Firstly we do not even know how to complete to Commercial Invoice 
We do not know who is the importer, we are or Amazon? What INCOTERMS should be used. Who will pay duties and VAT. This is so ridiculous that after a month no-one knows anything.

Hi. I am a UK based seller ordering from EU. I have completed all required forms and DPD picked up my order but it got as far as Holland and then it was sent back to the sender. No explanation was given and now we are waiting for further information. The product was EU made, all required numbers and invoices were included so it looks like month after brexit no-one still has a clue how to sort out the delivery. I am afraid this mess could last much longer than we have thought.

I am based in the EU and have pallets that are ready to be sent to the UK, all courier companies have advised, due to Brexit, that the customs dept in the UK are having trouble with clearing, therefore no shipments are going through.
The only I believe that is still shipping is DHL, as they have their own customs office. Only other options is Air freight, which costs an arm and a leg
All the logistics companies that I have contacted have said that it will take a few weeks until they start shipping into the Uk again. Until then, we’ll just have to wait and see

Hi everyone, I have just read all the posts, and seems there is no such proper way to ship items from EU to FBA UK.
We have sent our first shipment from EU Schengen country to FBA UK on January 20th and our parcels have been lost unfortunately. Probably because in the UK custom the customs clearance wasn’t able to release our parcel.
Note: All of our items are made in the EU. We have both GB VAT and GB EORI numbers regarding the customs clearance process. Also, I have provided the commercial invoice included all requested invoices such as HTS codes and both of our European and GB VAT and EORI numbers.
The second time we decided to ship to FBA by contacting DHL, FedEx (TNT), UPS, DPD and none of them did not accept our parcel because they did not know what will happen to our parcel in the UK custom.
Is there any solution for this matter? How and which courier company can ship and do customs clearance for parcels from the EU.
I spoke with many customs clearance/freight forwarder companies located in the UK and only 2 of them gave me a quotation and it was bloody expensive! (It was Truck line shipping).
I appreciate it if any of you can share your experience.

We’ve been successfully sending a lot of stock from the UK to EU using World Options. They are worldwide, so maybe Google World Options for your country? They seem to know their stuff.
We hit a brick wall before using them.
