Yep, had that message for a few months. Well over the 250 score and have been since it was introduced.
Do you have an emergency contact number set up and also on a professional selling plan?
The criteria is an Account Health Score of 250 or over and a valid emergency contact number and a professional selling plan.
There is also a vague reference that you need to fully resolve issues when working with Account health support to be eligible. So do you have any outstanding violations which maybe stopping you being eligible?
