Counterfeit Without a Test Buy
hi.
i receive a Product Policy Compliance of an item i,m selling. the items are in fba, and i,m selling them as used (not new) item is completely original and i bought it as amazon costumer returns in “jobalots”.
i really don,t understand how easy is for someone to say that my item is counterfeit and amazon put my account on risk straight away.
what do i have to do?
delist the item?
make a reply to amazon?

Unfortunately even as used, some brand owners don’t allow you to list on their branded asins
There was a report a few months ago from someone who was in the exact same situation.
They contacted the brand owner that complained, apologised and asked politely for a retraction letter on the promise of not relisting / destroying the stock
Amazon is probably not the best place to sell these returns type products
