I created account, Amazon Deactivated my account, and asked utility bill or company file which have my name and address, I did that, than Amazon asked for (Take a photo of your face" feature in Seller Central) and send me link when I clicked that link that was (Not found - The page you requested was not found).

Thank I open my seller center and clicked submit new information and select click photo, I clicked my photo and my ID, Amazon again replied same link which not working.

Can anyone tell me what to do or how I can find ( Take a photo of my face )?

my account has been deactivated since i opened it i cant find the 'take photo of your face' and I've uploaded my driving licence and also a photo of my face but still get the same response that i need to upload a photo of my self and also an id document
