deleted order
good afternoon, i have accidentally deleted a customers order and don't know how to retrieve it, please could you advise on how to get it back if i can?
Tags:Cancelled order, Fulfilment, Fulfilment Centre, Lost shipment, Shipping

@Seller_hn6Imun5bDItL I don't believe it is possible to Delete an order. If its an FBM order - you'll have either Confirmed it as Shipped - or Cancelled it.
Either way - go to Manage Inventory and there are tabs for Cancelled and Shipped orders.
Note - if you have cancelled the order - you will not be able to move it back to Shipped - and your Prefulfillement Cancellation rate will be hit
