Sellers from China gaming their reviews

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a place to report sellers on Amazon from China that are gaming the review system on Amazon. One of my competitors based in China has been getting anywhere from 15-20 reviews every few days. They started around the same time as me and have around 945 reviews now. Is there a place to report them because it's not really fair that there are strict guidelines U.S. sellers have to follow regarding reviews, when they practically have review farms set up in China. Their product isn't even as high quality as mine but they're getting an advantage with their reviews. So Amazon's customers will choose their product over mine on reviews basically. Seems like Amazon would want their customers to get the best product, instead of the best Chinese Review manipulated listing. I've dealt with this many times before, but it seems to be getting out of hand. Any solutions, or ways to report this kind of thing?

Thank you,

Liz

I just had a Chinese seller add my product to their variation and they gained 600 reviews overnight.

Being that the item is a generic brand, I re-made the listing with the correct brand name now that I am under brand registry. (surprisingly, this follows Amazon policy).

The new listing has 0 reviews but I am changing the image of my hijacked listing to an Apple.

Amazon is PACKED with fake reviews, fake listings, hijacked listings/reviews, negative seller ratings awarded by competition sellers, fraud, blackmail.....the list is long. Sellers from Asian countries literally own the platform, it just appears even Amazon may not understand that Since Amazon gets its cut, it doesn't appear they care

It's no secret that Amazon lets Chinese sellers game the system and does nothing to enforce the rules nearly as close as they do US sellers.

The fact that Chinese companys can go in the back end and create fake reviews and hijack listings is appalling, and nothing is done about it. Instead Amazon tells us US sellers to just create a new lising for a hijacked ASIN, while we loose all the reviews and search rank.

Close that back end access and ban any seller that engages in that practice - enforcement should be the same as for US sellers.
