Royal Mail receipt proof of purchase

So I purchase 2nd class Large Letter signed for Royal Mail postage through amazon.
I then print the label, attach it to my parcel, take it to the post office and they give me a proof of postage receipt.
This receipt does not show the cost of postage, is Royal Mail supposed to send me an email confirming the cost of postage?
I’m not a business seller and I only sell one product which is packaged in a Large Letter size envelope.
I need to be able to show what the postage has cost me for each proof of purchase receipt from the post office for my accountant.
I’m not great on Amazon and keep things as simple as possible, I only sell on here really for the advertising.
Please can anyone help?
I’ve contacted Amazon numerous times and keep getting they same useless answer.
Thanks.

Go into
Reports > Payments > Transaction View > Under Transaction Type select “Delivery Labels Purchased Through Amazon” - This will give you everything you need on a transaction level.

Your proof of purchase is from amazon not the post office so your accountant doesn’t need that receipt they need the details as per the above advice

If you are buying (or making) your product and selling it with the aim of making a profit, you are running a business, and need a business account on Amazon. You don’t have to be running a limited company if that’s what you think a “business” is
