How to contact account manager

Hello,

I have started selling in December, since then I hardly get contacted my manager. Right now my account is deactivated by Amazon, and I am trying to contact my account manager since April. But she is neither replying my calls nor emails. Can anyone guide me how to contact account manager. Whenever am trying to contact through seller center the person who call, doesn’t know how to contact.

I am really worried about my deactivate account.

Could anyone please let me know how to contact the manager?

Account managers are there to encourage you to increase Amazon’s income from your fees by moving to FBA, selling across EU etc. They are not there to resolve account issues.

You’d be better off explaining here what has actually happened.

my 3 listings are under restricted product policy violation, But I already delete those listing. Still they deactivate my account I did appeal on 7th of July and it shows under verification. still don’t get any update.
