How To Close An Account With No Help Support
We have been trying to close our Seller Central Account for months now and last week it was suspended. Amazon has blocked our ability to communicate with them through email and phone so we can't get any help.
We have no inventory but do have a $50.67 balance that Amazon has not paid us (all of our banking info is current, etc.).
In Red Letters on the Home Page it says, "Your account has been deactivated," and "Please click to reactivate your account to resume selling." I don't want to resume selling with them - I want to permanently close it! Do I have to reactivate the account for them to close it? I hope not.
Help!!
Thanks,
Joel

Accounts that have been suspended can not be closed. You would need to get your Account reinstated again in order to officially close it.
You can view → Close your Seller Account for additional info.
You could also leave it as 'suspended' and just walk away.

Medic, by the way, do you know if Amazon will still charge me $39.99 each month for my seller central account if I walk away and do nothing?
