A-to-z Guarantee Claims issue
Hello,
I have 2 A-to-z Guarantee Claims in August. Amazon granted them and issued a wrong refund amount. Then I submitted appeals. But they have been under review and no appeal option available since Aug 23. I'm confused why it's been three months and Amazon hasn't completed the review yet. Seller support has no help about this issue.
Any advise?
