A-to-z Guarantee Claims issue

Hello, I have 2 A-to-z Guarantee Claims in August. Amazon granted them and issued a wrong refund amount. Then I submitted appeals. But they have been under review and  no appeal option available since Aug 23. I&#39;m confused why it&#39;s been three months and Amazon hasn&#39;t completed the review yet. Seller support has no help about this issue. Any advise?
