Issues with Amazon Vendor (Amazon Retail)

@Julia_Amzn, @Glenn_Amazon from the US forums asked me to contact you regarding Amazon Vendor (Amazon Retail) contributions superseding our Brand Registered Seller Central contributions even though Amazon Vendor does not have any inventory and we haven't sold them in over 5 years.

@Julia_AmznI appreciate you checking on this, but at this point, after 4 weeks, I highly doubt anyone is doing anything on this case or forgot about us! This is the typical run around we go through and have gone through over the past 3 years and 10,000 tickets and 2 visits to seller summit.

@Julia_Amzn I have requested to close the vendor account, but they seem to answer every ticket with a response with a half measure. I am being told to wait 4 more days. We will see. Thank you again!
