@Julia_AmznI appreciate you checking on this, but at this point, after 4 weeks, I highly doubt anyone is doing anything on this case or forgot about us! This is the typical run around we go through and have gone through over the past 3 years and 10,000 tickets and 2 visits to seller summit.
