No featured offer (buy box) for all of listings
Yesterday before 1 PM I was in the Buy Box on almost all of my >100 products. Then suddenly all my listings became unavailable to be featured. For example, for one listing the current Buy Box is 20 EUR FBA while my price is 15 EUR FBA and not in a Buy Box. Similar situation is on other listings.
- 90+% of my reviews are positive
- The products are of course authentic
- There is no chargebacks
- My account health is 264
Do you have any ideas about what I can do?
Amazon Seller Support sends the same useless info every time.

Even as the only seller, you are not entitled to the BuyBox. And there are no 100% instructions on how to get it. Otherwise all sellers would do it and if there were several sellers, who would win the BuyBox?
The price is probably a factor, but there is only speculation about that too.
Amazon will never tell you what the problem is, unless there are major account problems.
All you can do is wait and see...

The BuyBox for all the offers came back on Saturday morning. I do not think my actions brought the BuyBox back. Neither Amazon Seller Support

we also once had the problem that all buyboxes were no longer available. the problem with us was that our shipping services did not correspond to what amazon would like to see. the on-time delivery rate was below 97%.
can you please check this with you? you can find the rate under seller performance.
