Subscribe and Save - products not being automatically enrolled

Hey all,

Having a bit of a weird issue with Subscribe and Save. Seller Central have confirmed I’m eligible however no products have been automatically enrolled. I reached out to Seller Central to investigate and I was asked to upload a txt file to ‘File Upload’ - this issue is whenever I click this button it just takes me to the general Subscribe and Save dashboard and I can’t upload it.

Am I doing something wrong?
