International orders
Hi all. If a customer not in UK tries to purchase one of my items (baby dress) it appears this alert:
“Sorry, this item can’t be sent to your selected address. You may either change the delivery address or delete the item from your order. You can also see if this item is available for delivery to your address from another seller.”
Has anyone the same problem? Can anyone tell me why?

Sound like your account is set to ship only to UK - go into settings and change it.

Lydia here from Handmade Seller Support - a buyer can only place an order with a seller who has set up their shipping settings to allow for delivery to that buyer’s country.
Shrewsbury etc sounds correct in that you have probably set your shipping settings for UK only. - You will need to log into your seller central > settings > shipping settings to edit these. There are new shipping settings that you might be interested in learning about:

The international shipping setting that I chose says: “domestic, EU, US, Canada and rest of the world” that is the widest choice available…
