USA Taxes form 1065 after EIN acquired for UK Ltd trading on USA Amazon - any advice?
Hi All,
we are an established UK (Limited company) Amazon seller that has moved, last year, into the USA.
We registered as using W-EBEN-E and obtained our EIN. I have now received a 1065 form to fill in with a deadline of mid April 2018. I understand we have a treaty in place for tax, in that UK ltd company pays tax and does not pay twice in the USA.
I just wondered does anybody else either know of an accountant that can handle filling in the 1065 for us? or maybe you just have some advice you can give on how we approach this?
Many thanks
Leslie

I take it nobody trades on the US platform or they do and they hope the IRS will go away (which they will not).

Hi Leslie,
Thanks for your post.
As I am not VAT trained I am unable to provide you with guidance on this. The following link has solution providers that may be of help https://services.amazon.com/solution-providers/?ld=NSGoogleAS#/search/US/tax?localeSelection=en_US
In addition to this the US seller forum has a Global Selling section for selling into the US, I’m not sure how active the sellers are in this section but it might be of help if you post your question there too.
Thanks,
Jessica
