Read onlyDear Amazon Seller Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance regarding the closure of my Amazon seller accounts and the ability to open a completely new account.
Several years ago, I unknowingly created multiple seller accounts, which have since been linked together. I was not aware of Amazon’s one-account policy at the time. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access the support options on these accounts, and I do not remember the login details for all of them—only for one or two accounts. Despite my best efforts, the verification process for these accounts has been pending for the past three years.
To resolve this matter, I kindly request that all of my accounts be closed and that I be granted permission to open a new, completely fresh seller account. I am fully willing to provide proof of identity and ownership of the accounts. I can share my passport number, and I am also open to participating in a video verification call if necessary.
Please let me know the next steps to move forward with this request, as I am eager to comply with Amazon’s policies and ensure everything is handled correctly.
Thank you for your attention and assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.
Sincerely,
Muhammad Bilal Ahmed
