can we just have more amazon employees monitoring and responding to the forum comments please, and maybe even occasionally speaking to sellers (from a UK location). We need more operational 'fixers' rather than marketeers...

Great job guys Amazon strikes again, it’s disappointing to see resources allocated to promotional distractions, especially going into the busiest time of year. We would genuinely appreciate more focus on addressing the real challenges sellers are currently facing!
