New seller, made a dire mistake with my listing. I was planning to sell Pre-filled party bags including sweets, but made the mistake of including Maoam and Haribo sweets. My listing had 8 variations (different sizes and quantities of bags) meaning I now have 8 trademark violations. I tried to alter the bags to not include the branded sweets, and changed the pictures but was told I would have to create a new listing if I've altered it. I have now deleted the listing.
I did have some missed calls from an Amazon number while in work, but the number can't take inbound calls. I've been trying to contact someone for help, and mentioned the missed calls that I am unable to return, but all I keep getting is a response acknowledging that I've missed calls, and that they know I'm trying to find a solution to fix it....without offering a any suggestions or help. I'm afraid my account is going to be deactivated before I've even had the chance to get it launched properly. Is there anything I can actually do to fix this?
