Unreceived Shipment to Germany – Sent from UK in October 2025
We sent a shipment from the UK to Germany in October 2025, however the shipment has still not been received.
We have contacted Amazon multiple times regarding this issue, and each time we were informed that the case was under investigation and that we would be updated.
It has now been more than 60 days, but we have not received any final response or resolution from Amazon.
If anyone has a solution to this issue, please kindly advise us accordingly.
