Seller account problems
Hi just a quick question to the forum is anyone else having problems when signing in to your seller account on google chrome. Currently when i try no error message is displayed and the page just goes back to the sign-in. If i use a different browser i get my code and can sign in ok just wondered if it’s my PC or are other people having similar experiences please.

Try sellercentral-europe.amazon.com instead of …amazon.co.uk.

Please open a case about this and reference the threads on the forum otherwise they will tell you to contact Firefox or Chrome

Same problem several times. try after 10 to 15 minutes it will work.

Yes, ran into that issue yesterday several times on my laptop chrome browser. I was able to log in using my cell phone chrome browser or internet explorer on my laptop. I haven’t had any issues using chrome on my laptop today.

Hi, Yes been having the same problem for about 3 weeks . First of all it was just on my PC I could not sign in lots of times but could sign in from my ipad . But now I’m having problems signing in from both devices . Its a real pain.

Had the same problem. Reported Support and opened a case. As usual, they tried to find the error on my computer, although I had mentioned I have cleaned cache, cookies etc and nothing helps.
Now the problem is fixed.

Well today it seems they still have yet to resolve things my other browser is now not working and i can’t even order postage however not sure if this is a royal mail site problem or Amazon, hope they sort this out soon as it’s getting frustrating now will be raising a support case but not holding out for an answer as by now i think many people already have logged this already
