LTL shipments delivered but yet to be checked in after weeks.

Hopefully someone from Amazon (@Sarah_Amzn, @Julia_Amzn, @Spencer_Amazon) on the forums can look into this and help please?

We have 2 LTL shipments that have been delivered between 24th September and 9th October but still not checked in or receiving. I have also opened the corresponding cases but yet received no response.

FBA15JH01CWV - delivered 6th October 2024 - Case ID 10425407792

FBA15JK6RTJ3 - delivered 9th October 2024 - Case ID 10440404432 - Have provided PODs.
