Category Approval Request for gl_grocery taking ages

Hello, I’m new to amazon but hoping to sell in the grocery category.

I applied on the 8th June but 10 days later all the application still says “Open Case: Action Needed ByAmazon” I have replied to this message asking for an update but still nothing.

If I get rejected I want to cancel my professional seller subscription as I only paid for it for a month to apply. However in 4 days the subscription renews.

Is there any way I can force amazon’s hand, or otherwise receive a refund for the seller subscription if it renews?
