Amazon encourages buyers to claim refund for late delivery

Today I have received three emails about the late delivery when all three items were delivered. Tracking information marked these items as delivered.
Buyers say the same that received a message from Amazon telling them that they could have a refund on an item that can be late.
Two of them just informed me about that strange message and asked why they had that message about the late delivery when the item already arrived.
One customer claims a refund. She said, “Hello, amazon inform me that my delivery is very late and i should request a refund”.

Hi
I have had this every week for passed few months. Asked Amazon to stop sending them they will not. Had 2 cases of claims Amazon Bots did the normal. Amazon does not treat sellers as if we are there customers just a pay packet. Ebay accept this tracking and back sellers stopping all the false claims and negative feedback on there site. Hopefully Amazon will put humans back in place soon and be fair to sellers that they take there 15% from.

In the first 2 months of this year I received more negative feedback for this issiue in the Uk than I have received worldwide in the previous 4 years.
