Account deactivated but never sold anything or listed anything.
I created my Seller account a very long time ago probably around 2007 2008 with the intention of becoming a seller on Amazon at the time. However, I never listed any products, conducted any sales, or engaged in any activities through the account. Recently, I attempted to log in to revisit my plans, but I was informed that my account is deactivated. I select the reactivate link and it takes me to a page where is shows I have zero violations and my account health is at 200.
I am unsure why my account was deactivated, as no activity or violations have occurred on my part. I kindly ask for guidance on the necessary steps to resolve the issue. My intention is to comply with all policies and to ensure that my account is in good standing.
