Buy Box Eligibility lost, account good standing

Hello, I lost buy box on all my listings because I received 1 negative review, even though my ODR is only %0.59 still below the 1% mark. Once my ODR went from 0% to %0.59 all buy box gone. This happens every time any of my metrics go up from 0% even though i'm still below target, I have to always wait until all my metrics goes to 0% to get buy box back and I am seeing other sellers with a bunch of negatives still getting buy box using FBM. I am confused here. I have tried everything, I even beat all my competitors shipping times, tried doing FBM Prime with 2 day shipping still no buy box. My prices are almost 20% below my competitors still no buy box. All my orders shipped same day / next day.

Started the this process March 17th at 11:47 PM EST Copied and replied this 3 times until it was A TICKET NOT A CASE. ( I called and verified this was ticket March 18th. DO NOT give that person ANY ASINS) ALWAYS attached file NEVER pasted it. this way you know when the Support team person is using a chat bot because they will ask for more detail asking for screenshoot or asin) I always reply stop being a chatbot be human then paste

Weresell412: Hey, I need a ticket filed for all FBM attachments in .csv. Let me start by thanking you for escalating my feature offer eligibility. Just so we're not confused, I'll explain what I mean.

There is a feature offer - also known as the buy box - which refers to the placement of the offer. (Then I copied and pasted all the buy box information).

Then we have becoming eligible for the feature offer, which refers to the ASIN. Is the ASIN that I am selling new and has had a sale volume? This is also not what I am dealing with. I pasted that section from the Help section.

Feature offer eligibility - this is what I am talking about. It is a Yes or No - and this is when a seller has paid for the Professional account, has had more than 1000 sales, and has proper metrics, which are ODR, pre-cancellation, VTR, and rating. It's set for the whole account. Please post the section of the Help that deals with this. I'm not talking about winning the buy box.

To clarify the tool you are going to post, I am going to explain the misconception for this. The tool checks feature offer eligibility. If it's a "No," it returns a "No." If it's a "Yes" and the product is also eligible - meaning the ASIN is new and has had the proper amount of sales - it will return "Yes." However, this does not mean you are THE feature offer."
