FBA inventory available but product showing as out of stock
Hi
I sent a inventory shipment of 50 items to a FBA centre on 12th July, and these were delivered 15th July. Two have arrived & have sold. This morning it shows 13 available, but the product is still out of stock. When I go to the “Tell us how we can help” page, the result states: “If the Manage Inventory feature shows available inventory, please contact us and include a list of product ASINs which appear to be out of stock.”
When I click on the “contact us” link, it just takes me back to the help home page. I don’t appear to have any way of contacting a Amazon operative?
Any assistance greatly appreciated!

If the shipment was only delivered to Amazon’s warehouse on 15.July, then I would advise you to patiently wait.
It can take a few days for the items to get fully processed into your inventory and made available for sale.

We had a similar issue after going back and forth several times with Amazon they basically said wait and see. Pointless speaking to them really they will either tell you to wait and see or pass your case onto someone else. Eventually after around 2 weeks our items all went up for sale. Just frustrating how they start a job and then just dont finish it off which just makes it extremely confusing.

Just an update on this issue. It’s all got very confusing. Out of the 50 items shipped to XUKD on 12th July it shows that 27 have arrived. However, a shipment of 30 of the same items were shipped to the same destination on 21st June. The 30 were all received previously, but they’ve now added 17 more on top of those, and sent me a email complaining that my shipment quantities on 21st June were incorrect (I can assure you that they were not!). Adding up the 27 that were received correctly and the 17 that have been added to the 21st June shipment, they have received a total of 44 items. I have no idea where the six remaining ones have got to.
I would really like to talk to someone from Amazon to straighten this out. Is this impossible? There seems to be no way of phoning/emailing Amazon that I can find?
