Pretty sure that this is the payment for VAT services, we were just pinged with ours for the month too.
Unfortunately, it’s all smoke and mirrors, no rhyme or reason. Some months they charge, some they don’t, and in each case they only list the payment as other, instead of linking it to the invoice like normal companies would do.
