Account has been deactivated because my account related to an account I've never heard of
At the beginning of this month, my account was deactivated. The reason is: You have a separate account he****li which was enforced for violating one of our policies.
The problem is: I’ve never heard of this related account. I’ve checked all possibilities but have found no clues. After I submit an appeal and tell Amazon my account was deactivated in error, they just told me something like this.
I asked for information about how these two accounts were connected but they kept replying to me with the same template as shown above. How could I prove my account has no relationship with another account which I’ve no idea who it is?
So frustrated with the response and I don’t know what to do next. Could someone help?

Several possible links
IP address
Physical address
Telephone number
Directors
Bank details
Do you use a 3rd party fulfilment centre ?
Have you received any emails stating your card details etc have been changed/updated when they haven’t ?
Also your UK VAT number is registered to a China based supply chain company so they may have links with several other sellers

There’s been a run on this for a while now. Many users here have emails from Amazon saying they are linked to the same account. All you get from Amazon is the cut-and-paste “not enought information” blah blah.
Maye it’s a cull of small sellers. For me, I’m done with Amazon. Fortunateley I don’t have staff responsibilites so it’s no big deal for me.
Amzon have progressively deactivated all of my accounts, apart from France who apologised and reactivated it. Clearly someone over there has a brain.
When I get a spare moment, I like to appeal and send them insults and jokes. Maybe that will catch their attention. I’ll never sell or buy anything from Amazon again.
If you want your eyes opened, google “Amazon Treatment of Sellers”
. It details how Amazon use private seller data to boost their own business. Not to be trusted!Sorry this post isn’t moe helpful.

HI!
has Amazon reactivated your account? How many days did they consider your appeal?

Hello @YNV_Supplies,
Thanks for your post!
I understand that your account has lost the selling privileges because it is related to another selling account which can’t sell in Amazon.
We don’t have access to your account so we don’t know what is your situation exactly.
I recommend you to reply the notification you received from performance stating you are not related to the other account.
You can do it by adding business information or documents that support what you are stating.
Thanks,
Bella.

Dear Amazon
You have found to be linked with an account called nob_hea*
Please send me an appeal to ignore and I’ll paste in the occasional ‘You have not sent enough information’
This process will repeat until you feel your blood boil.
There’s no point in emailing the Managing Director as he was left in space and is currently orbiting over Russia.
I may not respond to further emails on this topic.
