Reese's Law UL4200A Consumer Button Cell Battery Review issues
My product is a red dot sight, and the review submitted by the review team has been rejected 4 times in a row. They always use the same response for each rejection(Case ID 15238878731):
---------------
We are unable to provide further information on this case until the following compliance images are submitted as listed below:
• Images showing product model/item number, relevant safety information, compliance markings, hazard warnings, and all sides of the product packaging;
• Product images as evidence of compliance with the following:
i) Precautionary labeling statement requirements (Public Law 117-171)
ii) Reese’s Law Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPR) on labelling of consumer product button cell or coin batteries
---------------------
But I think I have provided the qualified product images as required by Amazon, including showing the product model, relevant safety information, compliance markings, hazard warnings, and all sides of the product packaging; Even so, it was still rejected, which makes me very troubled. Is there any way to know the review standards of the Amazon review team?
I have attached the pictures I uploaded when I submitted my fourth submission. I really don’t understand why it failed to pass the review.

Hey there @Seller_9jsGn80wewWH7,
I apologize for the time it has taken for myself and the moderating team to respond here. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
After looking into your situation, I see these items have beenidentified as sniperscope, night vision firearm scope, or similar product. Although permitted for listing and sale on Amazon, sniperscopes and other night vision scopes cannot be sold into certain jurisdictions based on law and Amazon policy.
I see that you also have another case, which was responded to on July 1st. Please see case ID 15548429661, as it appears your items are not eligible for reinstatement.
As this information is only half of what you are stating is the concern, would you mind please providing clarification here? This could be a performance notification or any communication you received in regards to the compliance request and how this coordinates with the restricted products policy cited?
I look forward to your reply,
Stevie.
