Product Compliance Requests saying for products that are not Childrens items
I am really tired now of battling with amazon. Its just one thing after another and just sick of it.
Logged into account today and I have 279 compliance requests and its increasing each time I look and looks like these items will be automatically removed.
They are now asking for Compliance Requirements for items in my inventory saying they are Childrens Toys.
They are not even childrens toys they are adults fancy dress accessories and not even in the childrens category.
Anyone else got this?

Yes, several threads now about the same issue - the bots are on a roll !!

I had one.
Surprisingly, emailing them was quite helpful. I said it's not a toy, look at it. They said OK.
As I say that was just one so good luck with 279. The process was painless though. That's saying something these days!

I've given up, it's like being in a totalitarian state trying to sell on Amazon. Got a toy one for a 50th Anniversary Photo Frame! even a basic check would identify that is not a toy.
Closed my store, converted it to a personal account as you can't close for 90 days after final sale which will cost you £60 if you leave it as a business account!!

Snap - extremely frustrated and I've only just started to appeal the feathers listed in Arts & Craftsas they are not toys that can be played with. It's Amazons fault as Arts & Crafts was in the 'Toy' category when I first started on Amazon many moons ago. Now, I can't get them moved to 'Home' as 'they're in the correct category'. Many best sellers too - so far three have been rejected and I will not send them compliance documents as they are not toys. Will end up deleting if the bots don't get replaced with humans

Yes. I just send "this is clearly not a toy, take a look". I assumed I'd get the usual nonsense replies but they said OK, carry on.
did you just send them a message as the appeal?

Everyday we are also getting notification from amazon regarding listing removal due to Child toys, whereas our products are sports goods meant for youths and adults. can anyone suggest a positive remedy for the same. Do you have any email Id, where we can send email regarding the same.. If we do appeal, it is showing rejected because it's bot reply

I've appealed and woke up to a load of emails telling me the ASINs don't raise concerns and they've dropped off the complaince list.
I simply choose 'not intended for use in under 14' and reminded them what the product was and the category it's listing in. With me it was arts and crafts and said it is not intended for a child to play with. I also said to take a look at the listing and this can be confirmed.
I hope this helps.

It seems the bots have gone mad....
Although I am only getting a few such requests, those I have had are for items I deleted years ago and no longer sell !
And when I say deleted I mean they are NOT set at 0 stock - they have been removed and not in my Inventory anymore and have not been for years.
Absolutely barmy - then I see Amazon advertising their new AI system for businesses. Makes me laugh when they cannot get such simple things correct. Rubbish data in and you get rubbish data out.
