UPS Campus ship
Hi We have always sent our parcels to Amazon FBA centre via their partner carrier UPS campus ship as this is at a reduced cost. For some reason our Campus ship account doesn’t recognise our ID or password even though we used this the other week. Not sure of the email which we set the account up with as the person who originally set this up no longer works here. Have spent ages talking to technical help line to no avail. Every time we request to change password it doesn’t recognise our ID so keep going round in circles or getting locked out. We got round sending the parcel by using the automated route on the phone but for an extra cost of £6.00.
Any ideas ?

I don’t use campus ship but ups changed all accounts over the weekend to need new passwords. You may well have to find the email address though so you can reset everything
