Brand Registry being Declined over and over again

Hi guys wondering if anyone can help me

I’ve been selling on amazon for about 6 months and didn’t know much about brand registry, I was selling on other people adverts thinking it was normal until my account health went bad, after some research I realised about brand registry. After this I setup my own listings which are selling well on amazon FBA until about march 2021 then my adverts were highjacked, so in March 2021 I applied for a UK Trade Mark which was pending up until today when it got approved.

I applied for amazon brand registry in April 2021 but it kept getting declined about 6 times, each time I appealed they asked for pictures with branding on the boxes and branding on the products which I supplied, and they even did a video brand verification call with me where I had to get 50 of each asin and the lady asked me to open random boxes and show her the products, at that time the branding was only on my boxes which is a plain brown cardboard box.

since then I’ve put some labels on my products with tags and sent pictures but still getting declined.

Today I had an email from amazon saying:

*We are writing to inform you that your appeal request [Case ID: ] for Brand [] for BR Enrolment has been declined.
Why is this happening?
As a part of the appeal process, a detailed investigation was conducted based on the (i) information available in our internal systems and (ii) information and documents provided by you. After carefully reviewing the information and documents, we have concluded that the brand/user has engaged in abusive conduct as per our policy.

Will there be a change in the decision now or anytime in the future?
Our decision is final at this point in time. Any new appeal request may be declined by the Brand Registry Team. However, if at any point in the future our system identifies that your account is no longer abusive, we will establish communication with you to resume the enrollment application process.

I applied for my UK trade mark back in March and it was pending and today it was approved and I received a UK Trade Mark Registration Certificate via email

I actually have two limited companies, and my amazon account is with company A which i tried to brand register, for the last 2 months with a pending trade mark, but when i received my email trade mark certificate today i realised that the trade mark is actually under the name of company B which doesn’t have a Amazon account, could this be the problem?

should i open a new amazon account with company B or is there a way of changing my amazon account over from Company A to Company B?

or is there something else causing this?

if i have to open a new amazon account with company B can i take over the listings (if i get brand registered) and change the product brand to the brand registered to myself?
