Lost Feature Offer: Counterfeit Claims from Rival but Appealed Removed from Account Health
I only sell under my own brand, but had a rival claim against me for a trademarked worked that was a generic word... I won all the appeals and account health and all other metrics are good. 100% FBA seller
I lost feature offer on all of my listings, around 500 of them and sales have went to £100 a day from £2000... I have contacted support, account health team and directors email but I keep getting told that they cant help me with what determines feature offer
I have checked everything! Anyone got any idea what to do?
