How do I run a report on specific dates to see what my amazon fees were?

I want to run a report each month (1st - 30th) but it only seems to let me know per settlement date. I’m sure there is an easy way to run this report but I can’t find it!

Reports - payments - date range reports - generate - change to summary - select dates
