ASIN Owned By Another Brand Steward

Hi,

Anyone else have a problem with updating their listings because the "ASIN is owned by another brand steward"? The account we're using is the brand owner and our company holds the trademark for the said brand. How were you able to prove that you own the brand and eventually update the listings?
