Asin showing active, but not showing on amazon

I have had no sales today, I’ve made no changes and account health is 100%, I did notice on items I’m the only seller, it was not listed as featured offer, so when I checked the asin B09HJJKCH8, it’s not listed, but is showing active on my inventory, any advise please

It’s there, just click on the “See all buying options”.
It’s usually because your a brand new seller, or the price is too high etc.

Thats odd im not a new seller, and priced below rrp price, other asins are lowest on amazon but doing same, ive raise it with so, see what response I get thanks

Your positive feedback is low so possibly lost eligibility for buy box
Several stating they had to pay postage and a fee to receive

yes we had a new staff member on shipping and applied incorrect post, seller support have come back, apparently shipping template has been change to many times to featured item has been removed, I have had to appeal it, thanks for help
