Edit "What's in the box"

Amazon compliance have decided to suspend my listings as on the listing there’s a section “What’s in the box?” and it states incorrectly “a battery”. (The item is a solid metal and has no electrical components). In the compliance section of the listing where it asks whether there’s a battery “No” has been selected.

I have checked every editable field of the listing but cannot find any field where this data is contained.

I have asked the compliance person five times to provide this information and seller support multiple times but the only response has been ask seller support.

Seller support have just linked the latest Case ID to the Compliance Case ID!?!?!?

Please can anyone help… I’m at my wits ends.
