Limited Access to Amazon Seller Central. Validating Your Information

I created an account on Amazon seller central beginning of 2020 but because of Covid Pandemic I couldn’t manage to provide additional details which are required just after account opening.

Long story short. I submitted all the asked documents and got my account reinstated. Here where the issue is, I cannot do any listings as my account is still limited and in my account settings it clearly says that. Also, it says my information is getting validated but they’re taking too long and no one is getting back to me. In my case logs it still says pending answer from Amazon. Please advise? As this is very upsetting that even after waiting for almost a month I don’t see any efforts to verify and or validate my account.
