Risk of Account Deactivation due to Late Dispatch

Hi everyone,

I’m new to selling on Amazon and currently facing a risk of my Amazon seller account getting deactivated due to late dispatch rate over 4% for merchant-fulfilled products. Just wondering if anyone in this forum had this issue before? Would really appreciate if you could share your experience/ advice on this.

I booked a courier collection for my merchant-fulfilled items but the delivery man did not show up to collect my parcels on time. Due to this reason I did not upload the tracking number to Seller Central, I only realised later that this was considered ‘late dispatch’ by Amazon and my Seller account is now showing ‘at risk of deactivation’ due to high ‘late dispatch’ rate. It’s showing 33% now because out of 6 items I sold so far 2 was dispatched late, I’m also not sure if I could bring it down to under 4% over both the 10 day or 30 day windows…

I’m now worried that my Seller account might get deactivated and all the inventory linked to this account might get stranded. Is there any way I could appeal or do to avoid getting deactivated? And if the late dispatch rate remains over 4%, when will Amazon deactivate my seller account?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Just make sure that you mark all your future orders as despatched within the correct tine-frame, and you should be OK, as only saying ‘at risk’ at the moment, BUT any more and you could be in trouble.
