I am not able to create a ASIN for a product that is not listed on Amazon for my brand in which I am the brand owner and it has been approved.

I am trying to create a new asin for this brand I am an authorized seller for. This brand does not sell on Amazon and they have me create and manage all their listings for them. I also sell all their rproducts for them. They do not work with Amazon at all and instead have me do all that for them. They are a beauty/cosmetic brand.

They just came out with a new product and Amazon is not letting the asin to be created. This product is a skin lightening product and needs to meet Amazon's policy to be sold. I do have all the test and requirements and have sent them in. Everytime I send them in I just get the same response saying "Amazon will no longer be accepting documents from Selling Partners directly."

I am authorized by the brand, so I do not understand why they cannot take the documents from me. I have called account health and they were basically no help, just telling me to open a new case and submit the documents there. I am lost on what to do as this has been going on for about 2 weeks at this point and the brand wants to get this product up and selling. Any help here with be great.

My brand has encountered the 5461 error and it was approved twice, yet I am still unable to create new listings under this brand.

Most of my listings have been suppressed due to the 5461 error, stating that I am "not authorized to edit product information." The customer service representative informed me that this is a technical issue on their end. This situation has severely impacted my account, and my FBA inventory cannot be sold normally.
