Read onlyHello Amazon Team,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Ghulam Rabani, and I am the director of SDB BUY LTD. My Amazon seller account has been deactivated due to an identity verification issue, and I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter.
Details of the Issue:
Account Name: SDB BUY LTD
Reason for Deactivation: Identity verification required
Document Submitted: I have submitted my recent electricity bill, which clearly shows my name (Ghulam Rabani) and my personal address in Pakistan. The bill meets all the requirements specified by Amazon, including clarity, date of issuance, and visibility of all necessary details.
Why I Need Help: Despite submitting the correct documentation, I am concerned about receiving an automated response or further delays in reactivating my account. My business operations have come to a halt due to this deactivation, and it is causing significant distress.
I kindly request that a team member manually reviews my submission and assists me in reactivating my account as soon as possible. I am more than willing to provide any additional information if needed.
Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. I appreciate your support and understanding during this challenging time.
Best regards,
Ghulam Rabani
SDB BUY LTD
You are not addressing Amazon here, simply a forum of other sellers, so none of us here can resolve your problem. You just need to be sure that every thing on the documents matches exactly with the info on your account. You may need to open a case with Seller Support 'Help', as there is absolutely nothing any of us can do.
The U.K. address on your account is shared with over 6,000 other active businesses. Clearly this is a virtual office and, from other posts on the forum, Amazon do not recognise virtual offices as where you are established.
I would suggest (although I don't know for certain) that you update your address on Amazon to the one you operate from in Pakistan. As you are not established in the U.K. Amazon should be deducting VAT on all your sales and paying that directly to HMRC.
