Brand restriction after selling the brand for 10+ years - no other sellers have received the brand restrictions
I have been selling this brand for over 10+ years. I was notified today by Amazon that I will no longer be able to sell the brand or even be able to apply to sell the brand. I believe this is targeted at my account. I have several friends that sell this brand and they did not get the notice, I have a different account that sells different products and when I go and list a product under this brand it brings up "apply to sell" while my account says "not applicible".
I contacted seller support and they just tell me I have to wait for the apply to sell button comes up.
My account health is 1000, i do not have any infringements or issues on my account. I already applied to sell the brand and was approved by Amazon.
I am at a lose. I have over 30,000 units at FBA and I have no way of taking back all the goods. Any help would be great.
Who do I escalate this to?

Just present Amazon following two elements and they HAVE to let you sell:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.

Lots of brands are restricting sellers on their brands. What brand is it?

I just got this today as well. You didn't mention the brand but I think we are selling the same one. I guess I am just going to try to get approved again.

Yes, same problem. I wrote and called a lot and received the same answer.
***We are currently not accepting applications to sell these items. We will not be able to provide any further information at this time. The Selling Partner Support will not be able to provide any further guidance regarding this action.
Please be informed that restrictions may change. You can check which selling restrictions are applicable to your product by searching for it in Add a Product. If we are accepting applications, you will see the Apply to sell option next to the product search results.

Hello @Seller_LTKNBSA8M6Gyf!
My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. In regards your inquiry, as other peer mentioned, when it comes to a registered Brand, you will need to provide authorization letter, not necessary is Amazon the one is not letting selling.
If you are an authorized for the brand to sell products, our advice for you, is to provide the letter of authorization, so Amazon can reinstate the listing.
Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out our support channel.
Regards,
JiAlex
