How i sell Matches Boxes (hazmat)?

i have interested to sell matches boxes in FBA i saw some body sell in Prime and i check i am eligible to sell this product so i listing this product but its not so in my FBA listing. so how i Granted it i have some good Genuine Supplier and i have invoices. please any one guide me.
