Upload a valid SDS for this ASIN. An exemption sheet cannot be accepted.
I am struggling with a unit under reserved status. When I prepared shipping, I was able to send it.
However after a few weeks, now they have set it in reserved status, wanting me to submit the Exemption sheet which I did MULTIPLE times.
They are just saying that Not classified: Unable to classify "Upload a valid SDS for this ASIN. An exemption sheet cannot be accepted."
I asked the manufacturer and they stated that they never give away any SDS sheets, all the ingredients that we need to know are stated on the ingredients list.
Now where am I supposed to go for SDS?! And actually what is SDS?! Anyone has any examples of what SDS is please?
What is deeply troubling is that I cannot even create a removal order and have it sent back. They are pretty expensive units.
The Hazmat team offlate have been very reckless in handling cases. Is anyone on amazon actually coming to work? We sellers are penalised for their inefficiencies. We are either working on all errors and on a very dysfunctional catalogue or suffering losses due to gross incompetencies.
This unit is at the fulfilment centre. The Hazmat team need to be pro-active, get the unit from the fulfilment centre, check out all the ingredients and then work diligently. I am worried if my units would be disposed off!

You can google SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for the answer. As someone involved in the supply chain its worrying that you don't know what one is.
The manufacturer not allowing access to it further down the supply chain is also concerning. While they'll want to protect sensitive commercial data the chemicals used to manufacture may have consequences for consumers down the line.
This isn't Amazon being deliberately awkward it is to meet regulatory approval in some markets. If you sell across Europe you may also have to submit SDS's in the language of the market/s in which you sell.

Hello @Seller_7pTs15IYXmTOB,
I see that @Seller_mS10UjVYuuGor has already answered some of your questions.
A safety data sheet (SDS), previously known as a material safety data sheet (MSDS), is a detailed document prepared by the manufacturer or importer of a chemical.
Here I am sharing the help pages that could give some clarity about this document.

Time to cut your losses and move away from that supplier. If they can't help you now, they sure won't support you if there is a live safety issue which needs immediate action.

Yet again, I connected with the US team and had it resolved. When will the UK team come to work?
