My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. Since you posted this 5 days ago, has there been any recovery in what your typical sales volume is?

I cannot tell you specifically why your sales have been zero those past 3 days, but I can provide you some suggestions and resources you can use to make this determination for yourself.

First, Are you seeing a decrease in traffic to your products OR are you seeing the same traffic, but less sales? You can find this and much more info in your Business Reports, under the "Reports," menu in Seller Central. If you are not familiar these reports, I recommend reviewing the Business Reports help page for an overview of how you can use this dashboard to answer my and many more questions regarding your sales and traffic. Also, in that help page is the Business Reports Glossary link and if you are new to Business Reports, this glossary is SUPER helpful because it provides the specific definitions for all the metrics.

If you are experiencing a steady decline in traffic, I recommend reviewing the Listing Quality Dashboard help page to start. If the issue is just low sales, then start with the Increase Sales help page.
