My amazon account has been deactivated help!
I just finished making my account and then amazon had to verify the account, in order for them to verify my account i had to send them a letter of authorisation. Now when i sent in the letter i accidental used the wrong email on the letter and then i received this.
When i received this i figured out the problem and try to send the new document with the right information, but again i received the same email from amazon again. Is there anyway i can open my, and if there is can someone help me.

Unfortunately, the notice indicates that Amazon may not respond to additional communication regarding the issue.
So I can only suggest you to e-mail managingdirector@amazon.co.uk with all the requested documents which you originally failed to submit, request them to process your registration and allow you to sell on their site.

My account also got deactivated, for no reason I opened account on 14th Aug and suspended within 3 hours and ask me to provide with plan of action. i explained them that how i opened the seller account and 1 day later i received the above mentioned email. Although i emailed Seller performance, Verification and Managing director on Friday and i am yet to received response.
My question is that how come we caught up in such situation??
