UK store is deactivated due to lack of UK VAT, would that affect other european stores?

Though I have never sent any stock to UK, my UK inventory is being used because a customer returned an item to UK. So Amazon asked me for UK VAT. I don't have it and I have no intention to apply UK VAT. My UK store is now deactivated and that's OK. However, I want to know if the lack of UK VAT and deactivation of UK store is going to cause deactivation of other EU stores like France even though I do have France VAT number?
