Preis ändert sich immer wieder
Guten Tag zusammen,
bei einer SKU von uns lässt sich der Preis nicht dauerhaft ändern. Wir senken ihn immer wieder von 19,99€ auf 15,99€, aber ein paar Tage später ist er wieder auf 19,99€ geändert, ohne dass wir ihn selber geändert haben.
Wenn ich Hilfe bei Amazon anfrage, egal ob per Chat oder telefonisch, erhalte ich immer nur Hilfestellungen, die uns nicht helfen bzw. nicht erklären, warum der Preis nicht dauerhaft so bleibt.
Die automatische Preisanpassung haben wir nicht aktiviert und auch sonst haben wir keine Änderungen vorgenommen.
Ich hoffe, dass einer von euch uns helfen kann.

"Good day everybody, The price of one of our SKUs cannot be changed permanently. We keep lowering it from €19.99 to €15.99, but a few days later it's changed back to €19.99 without us changing it ourselves.
When I request help from Amazon, whether via chat or by phone, I only receive assistance that doesn't help us or doesn't explain why the price doesn't stay the same permanently.
We have not activated the automatic price adjustment and we have not made any other changes. I hope one of you can help us."

On Amazon UK, prices are in GBP not Euros - so do you mean another site instead of Amazon UK - maybe ask on that forum?
But first check you have not set a minimum price.
