Issue with IP - Items being sold under different Brand Name

Hello,

I have a few products that are sold on and off of Amazon; they can buy these products, perhaps in bulk elsewhere; they are all brand registered and trademarked with unique and branded packaging.

I have an issue with some people creating a product, which is a bundle of a few products I sell, and they put it under a different brand name; some of my products have transparency enabled on them, so they can only sell them on an authorised listing.

The photos and descriptions they put onto the listing are my brands, and the images are not photoshopped in any way and show my brand clearly.

My question is, does anyone know how I get the listing taken down as they are under the incorrect "brand name" selling my product on a non-authorised listing?

Is it a copyright infringement case?

I want to be clear that I do not mind they are selling the items on Amazon, as they are rightly allowed to do so, but I do not authorise them to create a new product under a new brand name and sell it as their own with my product.

Kind Regards,

Elliot
